The market continues to be healthy, with slight growth from 2018 to 2019. Total sales in the area were 550,000,000 and 1650 total units sold.
Average home prices continue to increase, hopping from $383,000 in 2018 to $386,000 in 2019.
An important note is the average seller came off about 5% of their listing price, meaning homes have continued to go for about 95% of asking price.
For property sellers, it’s important to understand properties are still selling, demand is high, and there is an overall shortage of inventory available for prospective buyers.
