November 7–8, 2025 – Holiday Open House
Location: Downtown Greensboro
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Downtown Greensboro kicks off the season with its annual Holiday Open House! Local merchants roll out the red carpet with seasonal décor, shopping surprises, and festive charm. Guests can stroll the downtown district, check off their Christmas lists, and enjoy small-town magic while dining and shopping.
November 14–15, 2025 – Christmas in Lake Country Shop Hop 2025
Location: Various participating shops across Lake Country
Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pick up your Shop Hop passport at any participating business and explore Lake Country’s boutiques, cafés, and specialty stores. Collect stamps at each location to enter Santa’s Bag, a grand prize filled with gifts from more than a dozen local shops.

Historic downtown Madison invites visitors to enjoy festive shopping, seasonal drinks, and live music during this annual holiday event. Stop by the Host Tent at 115 E. Jefferson Street for maps, information, and giveaways while supplies last.
November 23, 2025 – From Vine to Table: Immortal Estate
Location: Table at the Lake, 1010 Cowles Clinic Way, Greensboro
Time: 5:30 – 10:00 PM
Guests will enjoy an elegant five-course dinner paired with four exceptional wines from California’s Immortal Estate, known for their mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignons. Limited seating makes this the perfect intimate evening to celebrate the season with fine food and wine.
December 5–6, 2025 – Christmas Tour of Homes
Location: Downtown Madison
Time: Day Tours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM / Candlelight Tours: 5:00 – 9:00 PM
Explore some of Madison’s treasured historic homes during this festive tour. Tickets provide access to day tours, candlelight tours, or a combination of both. A rare opportunity to see private residences and landmarks decorated for the holidays.

December 13, 2025 – Christmas Rush Classic 5K/8K and Fun Run
Location: Downtown Madison, 285 Academy St, Madison
Time: 9:00 AM
The 44th annual Madison Christmas Rush Classic offers a USATF-certified 5K, 8K, and Fun Run. Participants can enjoy a festive, active start to the holiday season.
Registration: $30 before November 22; $35 after + small processing fee
December 13, 2025 – Holiday Parade & Caroling by Candlelight
Location: Downtown Madison
Time: Parade: 4:00 – 5:00 PM | Caroling: 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Celebrate the season with a parade featuring floats, marching bands, dancers, vintage cars, and community groups. Afterward, gather for Caroling by Candlelight in Town Park with live music and sing-alongs.

December 18, 2025 – Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert
Location: Madison-Morgan Cultural Center, 434 S Main St, Madison

Enjoy the annual Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert in Madison’s historic auditorium. Grammy-winning musicians present a program of holiday and classical favorites, including a festive sing-along of familiar tunes.
