Complete with outdoor seating, bocce ball courts and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, the restaurant is not only the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal, but also a place to gather and socialize with neighbors and friends.
The Boathouse also has a boat storage and members can get 10% discount for gas (ethanol-free gasoline). Boat-owning residents can use the two recently-opened boat launches located at The Boathouse.
