Sebastian Cove is a non-gated neighborhood located just of Lake Oconee Parkway. Named “the friendliest cove on the lake”, Sebastian Cove is an excellent choice if you’re wanting to move to the lake, but don’t want to spend a fortune on HOA fees.
There are 175 lots within the neighborhood. The amenities include: a clubhouse where members can hold private events, a boat ramp, a picnic area, tennis courts, and a private air strip. We love this neighborhood because it’s not too big and the neighbors work together to make sure that Sebastian Cove is running smoothly and that everyone is happy! They have a Board of Directors and hold monthly neighborhood meetings. You can view the different types of topics covered at these meetings by going to their website and reviewing the minutes for each month.
The best thing about Sebastian Cove is their Social Club! The social club has been around since 1995 and gives the neighbors a chance to meet each other, which is great because it’s always nice to know who you’re living next to. Some of the events that the Social Club created this year include: Italian Dinner and Wine Tasting, Scavenger Hunt by Boat, Rib Cook Off, and a Christmas Party. The events are for the neighborhood members, but guests of members can also attend for an extra fee.
Houses range from the low $200’s and go up to $1,295,000.
