Lake Oconee Area Will Be Featured on An Episode of Hgtv’s
“Lakefront Bargain Hunt” !
Lake Oconee was one of the ten lakes that were selected in the US to be featured in upcoming episodes of “Lakefront Bargain Hunt”. This is a great opportunity for exposure for Lake Oconee properties that are on the market!
The couple chosen for the show grew up in Michigan and relocated to Georgia. They were searching for a lake home, with a $350,000 budget. Local agent Ed Okenica was their agent who helped them find their “Lakefront Bargain”.
The show will air on Sunday, September 14 at 8:oo p.m. (EST) on your local HGTV channel. This is one of the homes that will be viewed in the Lake Oconee episode.
This home, which is one of my (Kim Logan’s) listings, is one of the homes that will be shown in the Lake Oconee are program. I am honored to have actually been contacted also about the program and had a buyer who fit he criteria for the program! Buyers had to have actually purchased a home within the past year, price had to be under $400,000 and the buyers themselves had to be under age 40.
We did a video chat with the HGTV staff, but were not able to meet the time frame constraints for filming. I am happy for Ed to have been selected and to be able to show one of our listings!
