Our Grand Poohbah, Kim Logan, laughs sometimes that being invited to join the Kim and Lin Logan Real Estate team is like making the varsity cheerleader team. The funny thing is, it’s really like that. From the rah rah of the team as we cheer each other on, to the professional standards to which we hold ourselves, everyone here knows that what we do reflects on the whole. No one can take their turn at the top of the group pyramid unless the foundations are strong, and to be strong, the team trains together, encourages one another and respects one another. And, when it all comes together as planned, we then celebrate together.
On March 14, 2019 the Lake Oconee Board of Realtors held their annual awards luncheon. The KLL team took the Gold for Top Unit Awards for Large teams, with a total of 185 homes sold in 2018. We also took the Gold (for the third year in a row) for Total Sales for Large teams, with a total sold of over $50 Million. The next highest team came in at just over $17 Million. Wow!
Throughout the year, while other agents are focused on what we’re doing, we are in competition only with ourselves, focusing on our team’s goals: maintaining a high client satisfaction rating, kicking up our customer service at least one more notch, and cultivating expert knowledge of our market.
At the end of the day, to find you’ve succeeded at pleasing your clients, reaching your financial goals – to the tune of a personal best – and all while simultaneously leaving your competition in the dust priceless.
