If you’re looking at or have a property in the northern part of the lake, Sugar Creek marina is perfect for you. In addition, some of the best fishing on the lake is nearby, making this the perfect launch point for anglers.
Pricing: Dry rack storage (indoor) is $175 per month or $495 quarterly. Outdoor covered storage is $105 per month or $300 quarterly.
The Boathouse Marina

Located at Highway 44 Bridge
If you’re looking to rent a boat or personalized watercraft for the day, we recommend Young Harris Water Sports located near Georgia Butts at the Highway 44 Bridge. Young Harris rents jet skis, ski boats, pontoon boats, tritoot boats, stand up paddleboards, and basically anything else that floats.
